Return & Refund Policy

Flooded Clothing items are made to order. Because of this, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

    •    Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

    •    Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

    •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method minus shipping costs, or issued as store credit, at our discretion based on inspection.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

Email floodedclothingmerch@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order number so we can make it right.

 

Final Sale:

Limited drops, exclusive items, sale items, and custom merch are final sale and non-returnable.
